What is a Quart Pot?
A quart pot is essentially a cup and a billy
that fit together. Used by stockmen in
Outback Australia, the pot could be
strapped to the drover’s pack via the
handles on the billy. It was named the
‘Quart pot’ as it could hold a quart of tea.
